Basketball-Propertie in Miami seeks an Event Day Incident Management Supervisor to direct Base Operations during games, concerts, and special events, ensuring rapid incident response and seamless coordination.
You will monitor incidents in real time, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with security, facilities, EMS, and other teams to keep operations safe and well-managed. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
The Event Day Incident Management Supervisor directs all Base Operations activities during games, concerts, and special events, ensuring rapid incident response, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams. This role maintains operational readiness, tracks response performance, and supports a safe, well-managed event environment.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of three years’ related experience, and/or active or retired emergency services dispatcher, police officer, fire fighter experience, Office of Emergency Management.
