ManpowerGroup is seeking an Event Coordinator II for Clearwater, FL to join the event operations and marketing support function, helping drive successful trade shows and promotional events. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proactive, detail-oriented planning across timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Education, and Creative teams, coordinate end-to-end event logistics, manage vendor relations, and support budget processes to ensure

• Prior experience with event planning and logistics required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently without losing detail.
• Strict regard for timelines and the discipline to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills for internal teams and external vendors.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to planning, documentation, and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing logistics for events and trade shows, including retroplanning, timeline management, product ordering, and venue research and attendance.
• Support RSVP management and coordinate event details to keep plans accurate and on track.
• Communicate with third-party vendors such as production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, A/V and entertainment companies.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams across Digital, Marketing, Education, and Creative to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Support budget ownership by tracking spending, negotiating vendor costs, opening purchase orders, and processing chargebacks.
