Ron Turley Associates LLC is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to own the strategy, planning, execution and performance of our nationwide event and webinar programs. You will manage trade shows, conferences, webinars and roadshows, lead post-event follow-up, measure ROI, and collaborate with marketing and sales to fuel pipeline.

This role requires 5+ years in event marketing, hands-on with Zoom, HubSpot and Cvent, and willingness to travel approximately 40%.

Qualifications

5+ years in event marketing, event management, or related role.
Proven ability to own trade shows and experiential events end-to-end.
Experience owning webinars from topic to follow-up.
Experience planning or hosting large customer or industry events.
Strong project management with multiple stakeholders and budgets.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, planning, budget, execution and performance of the event portfolio.
Lead planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and related experiences.
Own RTA Connect from strategy through results with Marketing support.
Coordinate 20–30 trade shows per year and 10–12 events with booth presence.
Capture leads, handoff, and ensure follow-up; manage event assets and logistics.
Partner with Marketing and Sales on ABM and post-event follow-up; report ROI.
