Job summary

New Reach Media seeks an Event Coordinator for on-site events in Tempe. You will assist in planning, organizing, and managing events to meet Brand Visionary goals. The role includes budgeting, scheduling, vendor research, and on-site execution to create memorable experiences for attendees.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Community and HR, and travel as needed. A proven track record and excellent vendor management are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of organizing successful events.
• Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Event Director and Brand Visionary to understand event requirements.
• Research vendors and make recommendations based on quality and cost.
• Some travel will be required.
• Plan event details including seating, venue, speakers, and guest accommodations.
• Handle day-to-day administration: orders, vendor monitoring, attendee participation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Community and HR on planning.
• Keep budgets and timelines under control at all times.
• Manage event-related issues and contingencies.
