Job summary

Trademark Venues, LLC is hiring a Transportation Specialist to safely move food, equipment, and supplies between venues in North San Diego County. You’ll help ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and stored properly, while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires reliable attendance, strong organization, and the ability to work independently as part of a team that delivers memorable guest experiences. Weekend, evening, and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) background check.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload food, beverages, equipment, décor, and supplies between venues.
• Verify inventory during loading/unloading for accuracy.
• Assist with stocking and organizing equipment and supplies.
• Receive deliveries and store products properly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicles and follow safety standards.
• Communicate delays or issues to leadership.
• Support venue teams with loading/unloading around events.
