Job summary

Event Source seeks a dependable Event Rental Delivery Service Representative to manage daily delivery routes, load/unload inventory, and work directly with top venues for smooth event setups.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure on-time arrivals, and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams while adhering to safety and FMCSA regulations. This role supports fast-paced event environments and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 26’ box trucks (non-CDL) for deliveries and pickups.
• Provide outstanding customer service with on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for accurate handling and fulfillment.
• Conduct quality checks to uphold company standards.
• Follow routes and schedules set by leadership; comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Represent the company with professionalism at venues.
