Job summary

Got Light in San Francisco is seeking a Seasonal Driver to pick, pack, and transport technical event equipment for our blue-ribbon productions. You will drive Got Light 16' and 24' trucks, load and unload gear, and ensure on-time delivery to venues and vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a fast-paced setting and basic knowledge of lighting/sound/video gear

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable operating 16- and 24-foot trucks in San Francisco, including hills and narrow streets.
• Familiarity with proper box truck loading procedures (weight distribution, securing cargo).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of lighting/sound/video equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up event equipment to and from venues and vendors.
• Assist team to pick, pack, and pull equipment for detailed events.
• Read detailed equipment pull lists in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain brand integrity, cleanliness, and presentation of workspace and warehouse.
