Job summary

Yennis Party Rentals in Southern California is seeking a professional Truck Driver to join our logistics team. You will load, transport, and set up tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items at venues, residences, and businesses while leading a crew during deliveries and pickups.

You will follow dispatch schedules, perform vehicle inspections, follow DOT regulations, and uphold safety and high standards of service for our customers.

Qualifications

• /Experience driving box trucks or similar delivery vehicles.
• /Valid driver\'s license (Class C); CDL preferred but not mandatory.
• /Clean driving record with no major violations.
• /Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• /Strong leadership skills and a team-player attitude.
• /Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and long shifts when needed.
• /Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Plan and follow the safest and most efficient delivery routes
• Ensure accurate delivery, setup, and pickup of all rental items

• Supervise and guide crew members during loading, unloading, and on-site setup
• Ensure all deliveries meet customer expectations and company quality standards
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
