Responsibilities include facilitating event learning, drafting reports, sharing lessons learned, and delivering training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, safety management, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event learning and conduct causal analysis of safety incidents and proactive learning efforts.
• Facilitate the event learning process from organizing meetings to preparing comprehensive reports.
• Bridge communication between safety committees and the organizational learning team.
• Guide teams in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
• Oversee communication of findings and actions from local event learnings.
• Evaluate events for broader applicability and potential development into Operating Experience Alerts.
• Assist in designing and delivering interactive training modules.
• Promote a culture that values Human Performance.
• Conduct analyses of past incidents and near-misses to identify trends and causal factors.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to share insights and integrate best practices.
