Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead event learning processes and causal analysis of safety incidents.
• Facilitate event learning meetings and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Bridge communication between safety committees and organizational learning team.
• Organize workshops and cross-departmental collaboration sessions.
