Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is expanding into the Dallas area and seeking Event Supervisors to lead Front of House on-site at Grand Prairie events. The role requires supervising event staff, coordinating setup and breakdown, and maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

Responsibilities include managing buffet stations, delegating tasks, serving and clearing food and beverages, and ensuring flawless customer service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a food & beverage team, catering experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients at events.
• Able to multitask effectively in fast-paced event settings.
• Must be able to commute to Grand Prairie, TX.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event staff and coordinate setup/breakdown.
• Ensure service and presentation standards are met and guests have an exceptional experience.
• Manage buffet stations, serving and clearing, and maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Direct the on-site team and delegate tasks for each event.
• Communicate with clients and check in throughout the event.
