Job summary

Terratron, Inc. is seeking an Event Lead to support the Event Supervisor in executing events with attentive service, teamwork, and care. You will greet guests, manage service flow, and help with setup, safety, and readiness.

Responsibilities include reviewing BEOs, directing the event team, serving food and beverages, monitoring spaces, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. This role requires reliability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally while in service areas
• Review BEOs and ensure event spaces are set according to event details
• Provide shift-level direction to Event Servers under the Event Supervisor
• Help maintain event timing, service flow, supplies, and overall readiness
• Serve food and beverages, including alcohol where assigned and permitted
• Monitor event spaces and assist with clearing, replenishing, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate guest, client, staffing, supply, maintenance, or safety concerns to the Event Supervisor
• Follow and reinforce safe food, alcohol service, sanitary, and workplace guidelines
• Help lead event breakdown and ensure spaces are returned to standard condition
• Support cash handling, inventory, ordering, and vendor activity where assigned
• Ask for proof of age when alcohol is served and applicable
• Run food, support culinary teams, and assist with service needs as assigned
• Adhere to company policies, standards, procedures, and property-specific expectations
• Extend professionalism to guests, residents, customers, clients, vendors, and associates
• Be proactive, prompt, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Act with integrity, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain the spirit to serve
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and be in uniform as assigned
• Understand and follow basic safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Support a culturally diverse workplace and comply with applicable Federal and State laws
• Assist in other departments or property-specific tasks as business needs require
• Maintain sanitary conditions and follow safe food, beverage, and alcohol service expectations applicable to the role
