Game Show Studios (powered by Red Door) is seeking an Event Team Lead to orchestrate high-energy guest experiences onsite. You’ll own the event flow, coordinate logistics, and guide the team to deliver a polished, memorable show from arrival through post-event goodbyes.

You’ll train and support teammates, communicate clearly across text, phone, and email, troubleshoot hiccups with calm confidence, and drive improvements that keep our events smooth and unforgettable.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary onsite point of contact and set a warm, high-energy tone for events.
• Manage full event flow (BEO/Run of Show) including logistics and catering coordination.
• Identify guest needs, resolve concerns, and ensure memorable experiences from start to finish.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via text, phone, and email.
• Lead with positivity and coach team members in hosting and event execution.
• Oversee setup, flow, breakdown, and a polished, immersive environment.
