Qualifications

• 1+ years in a commercial/high volume kitchen.
• Proven experience leading a kitchen team of 1-3 staff.
• Ability to work independently and be responsible for operations in Chef's absence.
• Valid California Serv Safe Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Run all aspects of a shift: food preparation and cooking, running service, dining room maintenance, washing dishes, and kitchen shutdown.
• Support with procurement and recipe/SOP refinement; assist Chef as needed.
• Lead stations during events and manage workload for a smooth service.
• Part-time schedule with 10–30 hours per week, including weekend and weekday shifts.
