Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage catered events from setup through cleanup.
• Lead kitchen staff during large events and work alongside volunteers.
• Plan, purchase, and manage food for weekly dinners, receptions and events within budget.
• Maintain inventory, monitor expiration dates, and coordinate with vendors.
• Organize and submit monthly credit card receipts and supporting documentation.
