Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor to ensure all food service and hospitality operations run smoothly while delivering an exemplary guest experience.

You will oversee kitchen push times, label and store items properly, assist with cart preparation, review front-of-house notes with the culinary team, and help communicate orders during events, while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving skills for a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• No college degree required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen push times and ensure items are labeled and stored properly.
• Assist team in separating food into categorized carts ready for execution.
• Review FOH notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events.
• Communicate and delegate orders during events.
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
