Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree in related field or 2+ years of help desk/desktop/ POS support experience.
• Preferred knowledge of POS systems such as ATVenu, Square, or Retail Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Travel to event sites to install and configure POS systems (terminals, devices, printers, peripherals).
• Establish and test network connectivity (wired and wireless) for POS operations.
• Monitor and maintain POS systems to ensure uptime and resolve issues.
• Provide on-site IT support for staff and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Dismantle and pack POS/IT equipment for return shipment.
• Document performance and report issues; assist with software updates as needed.
