EventWorks LLC is seeking an Event Installer Lead/Driver to manage a team of installers, drive box trucks, and ensure smooth execution of events.

You will lead sets and strikes, coordinate crew transportation to venues, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service at all times. This role demands leadership, reliability, and the ability to work on-site at diverse venues, with workload varying weekly.

Qualifications

• Leadership of installer teams preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead multiple crews through multi-job days.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Lead and manage a team of installers.
• Deliver and pick-up gear/crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Load/unload company vehicles at warehouse and jobsites.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
