Job summary

EventWorks is seeking an Event Installer/Driver in Birmingham, AL. The role combines driving box trucks/ vans with hands-on event installation tasks, including setting drape, furniture, and hardware at venues, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with a Crew Leader and team, loading and unloading gear and supporting daily warehouse and on-site operations. Load-in/load-out, on-site coordination, and contributing to a reliable, customer-focused team are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Must read, write, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up gear and crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Work with Crew Leader and crew members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Set and strike drape, furniture and hardware at venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Provide outstanding customer service on-site.
