Job summary

Quest Events is seeking an Event Installer/Driver in California to handle driving duties and on-site setup for events. You’ll load, transport, and unload gear, assist with set-up and strike, and work closely with a Crew Leader and crew.

Strong customer service and reliability are essential, with some overtime and weekend opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating with the team, ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining a professional appearance while providing outstanding service at

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Ability to drive Quest light-duty vans and box trucks.
• DOT physical and drug test required; annual driving record review.
• Ability to lift up to 62 lbs and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up gear/crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Set and strike drape and hardware at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
