Job summary

Michaels Stores in Findlay, OH is seeking an enthusiastic team member to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events inside the store, including kids’ birthday parties, to create a fun and engaging experience for guests. You will help customers shop, provide fast checkout, and uphold store standards while delivering our Brand Promises.

The role requires energy, strong communication, and experience handling children’s events; you will assist with omni-channel tasks, restock, and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• Excellent people skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to stay energetic and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the Michaels Findlay store.
• Engage with guests of all ages and assist with party activities.
