Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an energetic Event Host in Houston to create memorable experiences and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each event. You will coordinate with managers, chefs, and staff, while also driving revenue through suggestive selling of extensions to packages.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, multitasking, and a friendly, engaging presence in a dynamic entertainment venue setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of the event and anticipate needs.
• Gather essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explain safety precautions.
