Responsibilities

• Gather event information and staffing details before start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and staff on event timing and requests.
• Suggest extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
