Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic Event Host to support live events and guest experiences. You’ll manage pre-event info, coordinate staff, and help drive upsells while ensuring guests have memorable experiences.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to great guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Part-time evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by programming names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions.
