Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Host to ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish in a fast-paced entertainment venue. You’ll coordinate event details, work with managers and staff, and help guests feel valued throughout their experience.

The role emphasizes interpersonal skills, a commitment to exceptional service, and the ability to upsell extensions to enhance the event package.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
