Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for event and staffing prior to an event's start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage food & beverage service.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions.
