Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is seeking an Event Host to create memorable experiences for guests across our bowling and entertainment venues. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, multitasking, and active guest engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As an Event Host you will gather event details, coordinate with managers and staff, and upsell extensions to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential event info and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event package.
• Coordinate setup of all areas and manage service of food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
