Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, seeks an Event Host to join our vibrant entertainment venues. You’ll help guests enjoy every moment, manage event setup, coordinate with managers, chefs, and service staff, and look for opportunities to enhance the experience with add-ons.

The role emphasizes guest service, multitasking, and creating personal connections with event contacts. The pay range is $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, and our benefits include healthcare and other rewards.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system and guiding safety precautions.
