Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking an energetic Event Host for part-time evenings and nights. You will create memorable experiences, engage guests, and help drive extensions and upgrades while coordinating the event flow.

Responsibilities include gathering event details, liaising with managers, chefs, and service staff, coordinating setup and service of food & beverages, and building a personal connection with the event contact to ensure guest needs are exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggest extensions (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded.
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)
