Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Minneapolis, MN is hiring part-time event staff to welcome guests, scan tickets, and maintain safety and enjoyment at venues such as sports stadiums, concerts, and conventions. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Post-offer/background check and may require drug/alcohol test.
• Be professional and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, scans tickets, verifies wristbands and badges.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies for venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly on arrival and thanks them at departure.
• Provides directions to enhance the guest experience.
• Communicates with a friendly and clear voice.
