Qualifications

• Experience running events for 50-200 guests.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to mentor and develop culinary staff.
• Pride in using ingredients from local farms and vendors.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
