Job summary

Fireside Catering LLP is seeking a Cook for the commissary kitchen to prep ingredients for high-end weddings in a scratch kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, knife skills, and experience across all kitchen stations.

Shifts run 6am–4pm with flexible full-time or part-time hours. You will follow recipes from the Chefs to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes, and work with the team to complete prep lists on time while maintaining proper labeling and storage of

Qualifications

• Experience in all stations of a professional kitchen (fry, saute, grill, ovens, broil).
• Passion for cooking and knife skills are essential.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for dishes.
• Follow recipes and directions to ensure high quality dishes.
• Work with kitchen staff to complete prep lists on time.
• Label and store all prepped items properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area with proper storage.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
