Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow all operating procedures and policies.
• Follow directives of Event Staff Supervisor and/or Event Manager for each event assigned.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and act as a greeter.
• Assist guests with locating seats and escort guests as needed.
• Provide accurate ticket counts, summary reports, and inventory reporting of admissions.
• Coordinate with facility staff and other team members as appropriate.
