Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Crowd Control Specialist to join our Security team on a part-time basis. You will help keep guests and team members safe, respond to inquiries, and guard casino assets in a busy entertainment venue.

Under the direction of Security Supervisors, you will prepare incident reports, assist with emergencies, and support responsible gaming and alcohol service. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with inquiries and provide directions if needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Safeguards the assets of the organization, as well as those of its guests and team members.
