Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking an Event Guest Services Representative for Soundwaves. The role involves greeting guests for events, scanning tickets, and escorting guests to their seats.

Position is part-time, primarily nights and weekends. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, and be able to stand for the shift on bleacher stairs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand entire shift and walk up and down bleacher steps.
• Work is primarily nights and weekends when shows are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests for events and scan tickets.
• Escort guests to assigned seats and assist as needed.
• Acknowledge guest issues and report to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment; enforce HRL policies.
• Support responsible gaming and alcohol service.
