Job summary

Ducks Unlimited National Headquarters in Memphis, TN seeks a dependable, organized, part-time Event Fundraising Coordinator to support the Event Fundraising Department. Responsibilities include event planning, inventory management, and coordinating online fundraising projects with staff, volunteers, and vendors.

The successful candidate will handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication, writing, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Event Fundraising Department, including coordinating projects, communications, records, reports, and daily department needs.
  • Assist with planning, preparing, executing, and following up on event fundraising programs, special events, and related initiatives.
  • Manage inventory for event fundraising programs, including tracking supplies, organizing materials, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishments as needed.
  • Assist with online fundraising projects, including event setup, data entry, content review, reporting, and project execution.
  • Coordinate and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Support Event Fundraising leadership with additional fundraising events, projects, administrative responsibilities, and other duties as assigned.

Ducks Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and adaptive part-time Event Fundraising Coordinator to provide operational support to the Event Fundraising Department at National Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. This position plays an important role in supporting fundraising programs, special events, online fundraising projects, inventory management, and day-to-day department operations. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and provide professional support to staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal partners.

This position reports to the Managing Director of National Events and will be based out of the Ducks Unlimited National Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and constantly changing environment. The individual must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, working both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrating sound judgment, dependability, professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to supporting Ducks Unlimited’s mission. Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with creating spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and inventory tracking is required. A high school diploma is mandatory; an associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or additional relevant education is a plus.

Benefits/Pay

$20.00 per hour with benefits.
