Weber County's Golden Spike Event Center seeks a detail-oriented individual to oversee concession stands, catering and events. You will manage inventory, assist with food preparation, cleaning, and scheduling while maintaining accurate financial records for each event.

Responsibilities include stocking, tracking food/beverage needs, weekly inventory, cash handling reports, and coordinating catering orders. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2 years in Concessions Operations, including alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of health laws and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stocking and cleaning of concession stands and coordinating with leads.
• Track event food/beverage needs and guide stand staffing.
• Conduct weekly inventory and ensure proper ordering levels.
• Maintain cash handling reports and financial records for events.
• Coordinate catering orders, setup, and execution for events.
• Assist in event prep, cooking, cleaning, and on-site support.
• Update POS systems, pricing signs, and menu boards.
• Support recruiting, training, and supervision of part-time staff.
