Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain the general ledger, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly settlements and close.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, a BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an inclusive, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–2 years of general accounting experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting to keep the general ledger and reconciliations current.
• Prepare bank reconciliations across multiple accounts for operations.
• Prepare invoices and monthly revenue recognition entries.
• Assist with event settlements and monthly financial statements.
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and related journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset records and perform account analysis.
• Handle A/R and A/P functions as assigned.
• Ensure timely month-end closings and reconciliations.
