Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Energetic, service oriented and motivated.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve guest inconveniences.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be flexible with schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand representative on property, maintaining a professional demeanor and willingness to assist guests.
• Perform event duties including setup and breakdown, organizing event supplies, and inventorying promotional items.
• Complete event registration, guest check-ins, and gift redemptions using multiple computer programs.
• Adhere to departmental and property policies, complete assignments promptly, and protect confidentiality of company files and data.
• Handle administrative tasks including office support (phones, fax, copier), filing, drafting memos, and office running.
