The Kraft Group is seeking an Employee Ambassador to greet employees at Gillette Stadium during events and support a positive working environment. Responsibilities include welcoming staff, addressing concerns, facilitating transitions for new hires, and assisting with engagement activities and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level; no experience required.
• Part-time role with a minimum of 8 event days (games/concerts).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Greet part-time employees at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor.
• Interact with employees during events to foster a positive experience.
• Assist with new employee transitions to first event worked.
• Escalate employee concerns to the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration / HR manager.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and special events.
