Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and engage in activities for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including equipment, signage, and other tasks.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and venue.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
