Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker for US Concerts. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help guests find seats, answer questions, and assist with entry at various levels of the venue during shows.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean venue, resolving guest concerns, assisting guests with special needs, and guiding patrons to exits in emergencies. You will participate in sustainability efforts and help close the venue after events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year in a guest service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry, assist with locating seats and verify entry tickets.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and presentable for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with special needs and seating accommodations as required.
• Provide guidance to exits and safety instructions during emergencies.
• Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts.
• Support staff credentials checks for restricted areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team to close the venue after events and store equipment properly.
