Event Source is seeking an Event Consultant to assist customers in crafting the perfect event experience. You will identify client needs, recommend rental products, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes upselling, data entry, mood board styling, and building lasting client relationships to drive repeat business. Training and benefits support your growth in events and design.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Able to learn event details and product layouts.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls, texts, quotes, and emails.
• Create event layouts and mood boards for clients.
• Greet clients in the Design Center and enter data in systems.
• Consult with clients to understand event rental needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to meet department goals.
• Nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed.
