Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking an Event Consultant to manage client relationships and guide planning from inquiry to event day. You will coordinate rentals, logistics, and design with sales, operations, inventory, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will actively engage clients to suggest products that fit budgets, manage contracts, and ensure accurate data entry and scheduling for successful events.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and event needs.
• Experience with business software, including Outlook and rental management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and order requests.
• Build relationships with clients and strategic accounts through responsive communication.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend rental products and design solutions within budgets.
• Develop and manage rental contracts via phone, email, virtual, and in-person meetings.
• Accurately enter client data, items, logistics, and scheduling into the rental system.
• Coordinate final event details including payment processing, delivery, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Promote showroom visits, tours, and design appointments to support growth.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
