Responsibilities

• Represents the Hyatt brand and connects with the meeting planner to project a positive image.
• Maintains close contact with all hotel departments to fulfill planner and hotel requests.
• Acts as ears and eyes for meetings, coordinating with Events Department for smooth operations.
• Reviews event space and event orders to ensure preparation matches requests.
• Communicates concerns and opportunities with planners and devises creative solutions.
