Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD is hiring an Event Concierge in Catering/Event Planning. You will serve as the liaison between the Event Sales/Planning team and the on-site meeting contact, ensuring smooth operations and precise fulfillment of event details.

This hourly, full-time role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Be the liaison between Event Sales/Planning and the on-site contact.
• Ensure all planner and hotel requests are met and documented.
• Verify event spaces and orders before planner arrival for accuracy.
• Communicate issues and collaborate on creative solutions with planners.
• Support operations to ensure events run smoothly.
