Job summary

Blueprint Creative Group in Foxborough is seeking energetic brand ambassadors for a one-day on-site activation at Gillette Stadium.

You will greet attendees, drive traffic to the spin wheel, capture leads, and hand out giveaways. Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Come prepared to work in all-black attire and maintain a welcoming, high-energy presence throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and high-energy demeanor; comfortable approaching strangers.
• Retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
• Ability to capture leads clearly and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees warmly and invite them to spin the prize wheel.
• Capture key details: name, agency, role, what they are trying to do, and any upcoming need.
• Hold conversations with buyers, represent Blueprint credibly, and capture the leads that matter.
• Run the wheel, hand out giveaways, and keep the prize table stocked and tidy.
• Read the wheel prompt, spark a quick answer, and hand engaged visitors to the onsite manager
• Invite visitors to add a card to our growth wall and keep the display fresh.
• Track giveaway counts and flag when stock runs low.
