Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cost estimation experience in events/exhibits production.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Produce detailed cost estimates for event and exhibit production projects.
• Project Analysis: Review specs, drawings, and documentation to understand scope.
• Vendor Coordination: Gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Risk Assessment: Identify risks and include contingency plans in estimates.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with growth teams to understand client needs and provide timely estimates.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of estimates and methodologies.
