Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume venue.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and HACCP principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality items per standardized recipes and schedules.
• Cook using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking, and finishing techniques.
• Ensure consistency, portioning, presentation, and flavor.
• Taste and evaluate dishes for quality and seasoning.
• Maintain safe food temperatures and HACCP compliance.
• Keep a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to health regulations.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting issues.
• Collaborate with chefs and team to ensure smooth service.
