Job summary

ASM Global is seeking personnel to support event operations in Wheatland, CA. The role primarily assists with day-of-event duties and coordinating staff flow across areas such as check-in, meals, and uniform handling.

The position requires standing, walking, and lifting for long periods, with flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods of time with constant standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking and clocking out.
• Help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPO’s to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
